Ray has started RF Insurance Masters 2009 (9-years) because he felt a need to help and be a trusted adviser for people on individual and group health dental insurance, life insurance, Medicare Supplement/Medicare Advantage needs through personalized service to help them find affordable solutions. Helping his customers to find affordable options is his goal. Ray works hard to share his knowledge on how to help customers approach insurance differently with some additional policies to allow them to increase their deductible and save on their insurance premiums.
Ray served as the Chairman for the West Austin Chamber of Commerce (formerly Four Points Chamber of Commerce) from 1/2010 until 12/2016. He was a founding member of this chamber that was launched in March of 2010. Throughout 2010 the chamber has grown to be 110 members strong in the first 9 months since formation.
He has over 23 years of experience in high tech program management and team leadership. Ray has envisioned a group of strong community minded businesses that enjoy collaborative networking to promote local business growth. Ray is a member of BNI-FPC Chapter and is a Director Consultant for BNI (Business Networking International) and helps businesses build their business through word of mouth networking.
In past roles he has been Vice President of Manufacturing Engineering at Wasabi Systems, Director of Program Management, Flextronics Taiwan, Site Manager/Program Manager of Entry Level Servers for Hewlett Packard Taiwan, Site Engineering Manager for 3Com Austin, Networking Engineering Program Manager for Compaq. Ray holds a BSEE degree from University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport Connecticut.
Ray is happily married and has a 13-year old daughter. I am happy to serve in my role as a community leader and trusted adviser to my clients. I am always looking to help people achieve their goals. I love connecting people together.
